The Salvation Army provides developmentally disabled persons in eastern Pennsylvania and Delaware with three major services: Residential Care, Supported Employment, and Community Options Day Services.
Residential Programs The Salvation Army provides individualized residential services with the mission of empowering individuals with disabilities to maximize the quality of their lives through community integration and independence within their home and communities.
